Established in 2003, the studio comprises a team of twenty-six people from ten countries— architects, programmers, artists, scientists, writers, designers and musicians. The team is split between Antimodular Research, an R&amp;D company; Vectorial, a production company; and Antimetric Institute, a non-profit organization. The Atelier is proud to run a progressive environment featuring gender equity, an active social practice, and continuing philanthropic projects. ObjectivesPosition Atelier Lozano-Hemmer as a leader in media art, public engagement, and media conservancy. Spotlight the studio’s longevity, global collaborations, and progressive values. Situation Despite a 30-year career and global recognition, Lozano-Hemmer is often primarily associated with “Pulse Topology.” This signals a visibility gap around the broader scope of his work, especially in North America and Europe. Targets Art enthusiasts and collectors interested in interactive and media art Institutions (museums, universities, art centers) seeking large-scale public installations Art and culture media covering technology, interactivity, and cultural impact Issue The public’s association with only one iconic work overlooks the full spectrum of the studio’s output. There’s a need to reconnect audiences with the depth and evolution of Lozano-Hemmer’s practice. Context With over 30 years of international experience and a multidisciplinary team, the studio is uniquely positioned to expand its visibility. Its portfolio includes pioneering media artworks, public installations, and socially engaged projects — yet many remain underrecognized by broader audiences. Insight Audiences respond to work that’s both visually striking and emotionally/intellectually engaging. There’s an opportunity to reframe the narrative through storytelling, making the studio’s full archive more accessible and resonant. Strategy Narrative Positioning: Share the studio’s long-term impact, collaborative ethos, and social commitments. Reintroduce overlooked works to deepen audience understanding. Multi-Channel CampaignsSocial Media: Develop thematic series (e.g. archives, behind-the-scenes, process videos) to diversify content and spotlight more than just viral works. Newsletters: Offer exclusive content and event access to grow subscribers and nurture leads. Press: Pitch stories to art, design, and technology outlets that highlight the studio’s relevance across disciplines. Institutional Outreach: Build tailored proposals for key museums and festivals, aligning Lozano-Hemmer’s practice with their curatorial goals.The Approach (in Progress) We are implementing a phased campaign to increase visibility, engage target audiences, and secure collaborations with key art institutions. The strategy focuses on expanding awareness beyond Lozano-Hemmer’s most recognized works and building deeper audience connections through storytelling, behind-the-scenes content, and a focus on media conservancy. As part of this, I lead the studio’s organic content strategy and community growth across Instagram. My approach emphasizes value-driven engagement — spotlighting the archive, interactive projects, and studio process in ways that resonate with curators, institutions, and art audiences globally. The award-winning dolls and accessories continue to inspire children in over 45 countries around the world today, teaching them about the importance of inclusion and empowering them to tell their own stories.Business ChallengeSecure and convert Australian customers after launching new official E-com site + grow the new Australian Instagram account.&nbsp; ObjectivesLaunch a new and improved Our Generation Dolls Australia to young Australian parents. Migrate a large percentage of the Australian audience from the US Instagram account. Situation Our Generation isn‘t new in Australia, but was sold in small quantities by different retailers around the country. Fans complained about not getting new dolls or accessories when they launched in the US, and mentioned a lack of connection to Australian culture with most content.&nbsp; TargetYoung, or old, if you’ve been a fan of Our Generation Dolls, you are in for a treat. Issue Australians weren’t relating to the US content because it was culturally missing Australian elements and themes. They feel like an afterthought when Our Generation’s motto says otherwise. ContextAustralians live life differently, for example: their christmas is summery and has no imagery of snow, they play different sports, the list goes on. Insight Our Generation Dolls embraces all types of Australian adventures. Your best friend will go surfing with you, take photos of kangaroos, visit the Big Banana. Strategy Show Australians that Our Generation sees them for who they are by inserting playful and culturally specific elements into the fun. The Approach Run a full campaign (Organic, Paid, PPC, Newsletter and Influencers) while telling the story of Our Generation Australia. Using the TikTok collage trend, we incorporated Australian elements to appeal to the local audience, while staying true to the brand’s slogan: This is Our Story. Here is an example of the&nbsp;Reel referenced above. We collaborated with local influencers in Sydney and Melbourne that narrated different Australian stories with Our Generation Dolls. Here is an example where the influencer’s daughter narrates her day with her doll!&nbsp;The work resulted in a growing audience across Australia with strong repeat sales on the site for the first two with different formats, exhibition spaces, and site-specific installations. We curate online and offline shows in Bogotá, and internationally. We are interested in curatorial practices and other forms of art circulation, in addition to working as visual artists. &nbsp; The mission:PB makes exhibitions that you would like to see.PB works in collaboration with peer artists. It is a project based on horizontality.PB produces exhibitions in different spaces, outside of the white cube.PB considers that the artistic practice is not necessarily linked to the traditional exhibition space. Branding, website design, and a digital strategy was developed to communicate what the project was initially. The main challenge was to keep the audience engaged while the shows moved from place to place.&nbsp; The&nbsp;website and branding was designed to reflect the digital native aspect of the collective.&nbsp; Social content was dynamic, catchy and unique.
